Creating Fluid User Testing Pages
When creating Fluid User Testing pages, please follow this process:
1) Create your pages by copying the following User Testing Templates. Make sure to both copy and paste in the "Wiki Markup" version of the page.
- User Testing Summary Template
- User Testing Round Template
- User Testing Protocol Template
- User Testing Results Template
2) Add links to your Summary and Round pages on the Fluid User Testing page.
3) Add tags to all your user testing pages to properly identify them. Tags are being used to create several different pages and lists, so it's important to add them. You can look at a similar page to find out what tags to use, or refer to this list of potential tags:
- user_testing - for all user testing content pages (e.g. http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/User+Testing+Methods) and User Testing Summary Pages (e.g. http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Date+Picker+User+Testing)
- completed_user_testing - for User Testing Round pages, e.g. http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Date+Picker+Paper+Prototype+User+Testing+-+Round+1
- planned_user_testing - for User Testing Round pages for which we have user testing actually planned
- user_testing_needed - for User Testing Round pages that we'd like volunteers or others to help out with (this tag is not currently being used as it is assumed that all planned user testing could also be considered needed user testing)
- future_user_testing - for User Testing Round pages which is planned for the future but cannot be completed now, as they have incomplete protocols, or prototypes that are not yet ready to use
- user_testing_protocol - for Protocol pages only, e.g. http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Date+Picker+Paper+Prototype+User+Testing+-+Round+1+Protocol
- user_testing_results - for Results pages only, e.g. http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Date+Picker+Paper+Prototype+User+Testing+-+Round+1+Results
- user_testing_doc - for general (not specific to a particular user test) documents which may be used during user testing, which will be listed in the Fluid User Testing Resources on this page: http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/User+Testing+Resources
