A. design and implement a strategy for gathering and synthesizing and reporting knowledge (putting structure together for SMEs)

- develop a matrix of information to be gathered on all relevant projects and efforts (survey of what’s happening out there)
- tools to create matrix include lit and pub review, search online with follow-up by phone or email, finding experts, public consultation social networks, etc., documenting all.

B. create an online platform for dissemination (wiki?)
- review FLOE, Fluid, GPII and Cloud4All platforms for accessibility (Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 compliant).
