The team is currently working on the following roadmap:

1. The team will hope to get a refreshed design from RAA of the kiosk navigation keypad.

2. The team will also undertake a design process that involved the following:

actively gathering prior research for keypads
- Keypad Design References
testing
- testing protocol development
- testing results
explanation of a11y features
mock-ups for keypads
- based on Kiosk accessibility concept solutions
- and using Considerations for Keypad Design
gap analysis with RAA designs
