Kiosk roadmap

The team is currently working on the following roadmap:

1. The team will hope to get a refreshed design from RAA of the kiosk navigation keypad.

2. The team will also undertake a design process that involved the following:

• actively gathering prior research for keypads

  • Keypad Design References

• testing

  • testing protocol development

  • testing results

• explanation of a11y features

• mock-ups for keypads

  • based on Kiosk accessibility concept solutions

  • and using Considerations for Keypad Design

• gap analysis with RAA designs
