Interaction Notes:
Dragging to top or bottom edge of thumbnail column should scroll the view up or down.
A horizontal bar is placed between thumbnails to indicate a valid drop location.
Two thumbnail images are spaced vertically so that the drag and drop insert bar does not cause their positions to shift.
