New Option to Disable Wrap

A new option, disableWrap, has been added to the Reorderer. Setting this option to true will prevent arrow key navigation from wrapping around the end of a row or column to the start again. The default is false, and it is not necessary to set this option unless you wish to actively disable wrapping.
