Moving Region Interaction:
- user selects the Arrow / selection tool from the toolbar, and clicks the region.
- Keyboard interaction to be designed.
Resize Region:
- user uses the selection tool, and then drags one of the corner squares when a region is selected.
- Keyboard interaction to be designed.
