U-Camp Planning

The U-Camp is fast approaching and so we need to start planning.  I've started an email on the Fluid-work and also on the JA-Sig-UE lists.  I'm thinking people who are interested in presenting or have topic ideas can post them here on the wiki.

I'm going to post what I currently have received via email.  Please feel free to add your ideas here as well.

Overview

The JA-Sig U-Camp is an opportunity for members of the UX community to get together in a face-to-face environment and share our Design and User Interaction knowledge with interested members of the JA-Sig community.  We can discuss different UE techniques and ideas and look for ways they can help solve design problems in the JA-Sig community.

By the end of the U-Camp, we plan to have fostered a better understanding of User Experience and how it can be used in the JA-Sig community to better solve design problems keeping end-users' needs in mind.

This meeting will also afford the rare opportunity for design and architecture to discuss and work on issues together in the same room.

Based on the current unConference planning we will have a 1/2 for the U-Camp.

 Possible U-Camp Date:  Tuesday, November 13, 2007 [1 - 5pm]
