Switching languages should preserve current highlighted transcript

Description

Steps to recreate the bug:

1. Click in the time bar somewhere close to the beginning of the video so that the first element is highlighted in the transcript area.
2. Change language.
3. Theoretically we should have the first element in the transcript area to be highlighted but it is not.
