Merged into project repo at 9f3aaf9fa94588411234e6671b7ac2c78657ed69

I've updated pull request #13 (https://github.com/fluid-project/studios.fluidproject.org/pull/13) with fixes to the sidebar background, the footer, and styling the login and UIO buttons. I'll be moving anything not yet done on this issue into a new JIRA.

We still need to fix several issues on the first page containing the grid of projects:

• images on the first page should be rectangular

• there should be less space between the excerpt and tags

• copyright should line up with the thumbnails

• show display preferences button should align to the edge of the last project pic

• columns should fill in from left to right

• sidebar background image should line up with the top and go right to the bottom

• the page should only be as long as the content in the posts

• display prefs button should be styled like the mock ups

and a couple issues on the individual project pages:

• the title should be larger

• there should be no space between the line and tags

Styling improvements were merged into the project repo at b1802d362c1f356cc604b885ab165bbcf8fdb076

Basic studios theme was merged into the project repo at 39b40970cca61ae8b39e2092a11d8d676be4a4c6
