Buttons do not have enough contrast when keyboard focused

Description

If using the keyboard to navigate the uploader, focusing the buttons does not provide enough contrast. Hard to tell which button will be activated visually.

File 663-btn-hilite.png shows new button highlight for keyboard interaction under IE6. Should be the same for IE7 but I haven't tested it

Not enough contrast in IE7. Cancel button is in focus.

Was too hasty in closing this bug. IE7 has issues.
