OSDPL: Left sidebar hover for parent menu links bleeds into Left padding

Description

Parent menu links on left sidebar in OSDPL has hover underline that bleeds into the left padding.

Fine on IE7 on WinXP.

Mac OS X, FF2, Safari Windows XP FF2

This is no longer a problem as we are using the Nice Menus module for the menus. If we go back to the out of the box Drupal menu we will have to re-address it.
