OSDPL UX: Streamline sidebars in OSDPL to improve UX

Description

futuretask

Declutter the sidebar to improve usability of the OSDPL, while preserving key functionality.

Example:
Put a "My Options" link in the top-right corner and remove "My Options" from the sidebar. Move "Recent posts" out of "My Options" to be visible at a glance (i.e. without having to go into My Options to see them).

Streamlined a little more. Waiting for a more thorough UX review.

Done for now.

I've done quite a but of work to unclutter the sidebar, creating a new "Community" section. Recent Posts has been placed in the "Community" section where it is now visible at a glance. There are probably some more improvements we could make, but I would not put the entire "My Options" section in the top-right corner, but we may want to consider putting just the login fields there (or a link to login, see http://openedpractices.org/).
