Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the builder page
Notice that there are only two columns visible, if you scroll down the page you will see the other two columns below the fold.
This problem does not occur with the builder outside of the website interface, so will address this issue again if the problem occurs with future styling. You can see this at http://142.150.154.58/infusion-builder/html/CustomBuild.html
At this point we are not planning on putting the builder inside of the website styling again.
