OSDPL: Upon submitting a pattern, should redirect to pattern.

Description

In the new workflow, after submitting a pattern the user is redirected to a feedback page. Instead the user should be redirected to the pattern they were just adding / editing, and an appropriate message should be displayed at the top of the page.
