Add captions to the Types of Forces EPUB exemplar video

Description

Add captions to the videos used in the exemplar. To do this:

1. Sign up for an account on Amara.
2. Caption a video using Amara with the link to the Youtube video as the source.
3. Save the captions as a VTT file to the ./videos/ directory
4. Add a caption track to the video.
