For the workshop report deliverable due November 14, we suggest the following timeline (note that several activities overlap):

Note: During the workshop report writing process, Gregg and Rich will be working on a separate doc, a Requirements document/report, which we will attach to the workshop report and submit on Nov. 14. They will be sharing their outline of the requirements document asap.
