So most of the feature freeze issues get closed

I figured the reason for having "Resolved" rather than just "Fixed" is that, when someone believes they fixed they bug, they mark it resolved, as in "i believe this is fixed" .. But then someone (which very well could be the person who fixed it) has to check that it is actually solved, to be able to close it
