The best way to get to the meeting rooms is from Hornby Street at the corner of Hornby and Robson. It will seem like you are going under the grand stone steps leading into the Vancouver Art Gallery. There are fairly clear signs saying UBC Robson Square and 800 Robson (on Hornby St.). Once in the building you should go to the classroom level, turn left and enter the Sauder School of Business on your left.
