Infusion 1.3.1 - 1.5 Documentation Roadmap

Overview

There are three main tasks that we will focus on for the next three releases:

1. Writing: This involves the actual writing of new documentation and updating of existing docs.

2. New platform: We need to move away from Confluence to a new technology platform that better meets our needs.

3. New site: We need to reorganize our documentation to make it more useful and relevant to our users.

Theme: Design + clean-up

Writing

• uploader migration tutorial (drafted: Upgrading Uploader to 1.3)

• finish pager tutorial (done)

• model transformation (nothing yet. Stub created: Model Transformation)

• progressive enhancement (nothing yet. Stub created: Progressive Enhancement}

• renderer prototree and expander docs

• gaps in new IoC and Renderer docs

  • contexts: move info from fluid.demands to own page. Done: Contexts

  • review of renderer prototree and expander docs

• plan for a FAQ

New platform

• work: talk to other projects about their approaches

• deliverable: short-list of options

New site

• deliverable: new information architecture
