Using the computer at home
- Uses the computer at home daily for about 3 hours.
- Uses the computer to read the newspaper, communicate with family, search information about cities, watch TV programs and online banking.
- She feels comfortable with all the software she uses.
- Reads e-books at the tablet, using iBooks. Likes reading on the tablet screen. Has enlarged the original type size because it was too small.
- Favorite websites: El País (spanish newspaper), Facebook, Google searcher.
- Says that sometimes has problems to understand overly technical language or abbreviations (refers mainly to options labels)

Wikipedia observation
- At a first glance, she says "I should read it several times to understand". Says the language is too technical. The language should be simpler.
- Says she can read the text now, but in a while it would be annoying. I'd use the zoom in to enlarge the text.
- If I had to read the whole article, I'd print it. If I must read it on screen, I prefer the tablet rather than the computer.
Online newspaper
She selects El País, a spanish newspaper.
- She doesn't have any preference between the paper or the online version.
- She prefers reading the newspaper on the computer, because with a touch screen (tablet) she sometimes taps accidentally in the wrong option and enters in an unexpected page.
