• How close does this map need to be our vision for the platform?

• It is important that it would be close to the final idea for the platform

• Generative ideas might be out of scope

• Figuring out the overlaps between the parallels 

• We haven’t tried to understand that if we incorporate in the BiT current site onto the knowledge platform content wise and structure wise or do we get rid of that

  • Getting rid of BiT website probably makes sense

• Remove the registration part? In the private space do you still need moderation? either way may require moderation 

  • It scales up

  • Interested in that for sharing tools - Including it as a possibility

• Artist Database:

  • Using airtable

  • Create a database to find artists, curators, and spaces that are accessible

  • In the process of creating a communication process and consent process to set up a communication process to see if there are people interested in being part of it

  • Create an integrated piece

  • This could be the artist database as it is developing

    • Addressing some of the participants concerns about how to make art accessible, curate accessibly. 

    • It could serve some of  the purposes

  • Already lists the accessible art events across the country - Providing a link to that instead of reproducing it

• Featured pieces can lead you to the other sections on the site

• Art in Translation

  • Several catalogues are being created

  • Several exhibitions that are less documented but still should be incorporated in there

• People could use tags or keywords and terms to find resources 

• Want to avoid searching/tagging by medical terms? But we want this platform to meet the needs of medical professionals or med students, so allow searching by the terms they are familiar with, but offer resources that can transform their thinking and perspective on it

  • E.g. a search for “obesity” could bring up resources on fat activism and related creative projects related

  • This could be a great way to identify the crossovers between the arts and medical world etc

• Job posting- we want to avoid being a job board - it could be a space for people to post jobs, but we don’t want to platform to be a job board. Maybe just for members, use the blog or social media to connect to job postings. 

• Visual library - do a short survey or follow up to better understand

• Deaf participants expressed frustration with search bars and the way that it polices your spelling - it throws off their ability to search - they can’t find what they’re looking for

  • How could the search be more suggestive, not so strict?

Find a support team:

• Creating resource doc and name people who do consulting or provide any support. This was an impossible task, couldn’t keep it up to date, and particular communities and have preferences - we don’t want to 

  • Tips and tools instead?

  • Don’t want to suggest certain people to hire etc

  • Include good practices? 

  • Folks were really interested in knowing how much a service costs

  • Connect it to the toolkit
