Could this concept be abstracted and aligned with FARs…

FARs to be used to write clear and understandable RFPs, contracts/deliverables/expectations, phase reviews (if phased project), final review at delivery, post purchase reviews…? Feed back into repository.

Where a control requires grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist to operate it, an accessible alternative means of operation that does not require these actions shall be provided.

Could a person engaged in the procurement process build an Accessibility Declaration of Conformance (so to speak) by selecting criteria via the 15 functional accessibility requirements. Criteria is populated with base standards from EN and WCAG...perhaps additional criteria built out from Canadian Federal Gov’t. TBD.
