| What is meant by "inclusion nominations"? What is meant by "inclusion challenges"? Possible feasibility issues: - Provide feedback for a business
- Submit feedback to registered businesses
- implies some sort of back end to handle form submissions, and some sort of workflow for handling actions and approving content

- Describe the Showcases
- Describe the Mapathons
- Describe badging and business nominations/profiles
| Are the "Design Challenges" the same as "inclusion challenges" under the Customers section? What are "Showcases"? Feasibility: badging? |
Contact - Be involved description
- David’s email [mailto form]
| Combine Contact and About sections together? - Mail form requires infrastructure. Simple email link sufficient? Maybe other methods of contact like Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, etc?

Proposal:
- First website should be informational for simplicity and speed of development
- Extra time will be needed to either create a form submission system, or find an accessible 3rd party solution.
- Content - who is providing this?

- What is this? What are they? How are they gained? How many are there?

Businesses - Submit inclusion challenges [challenge form]
- Get training modules/resources
- Help us to add your business to AXS Map [form]
| - downloadable resources vs training modules / resources. What is the difference? Does there need to be such a distinction?
- Is "Download resources" necessary? Not many people "download" these days. Most access / stream directly from web.
- "submit inclusion challenges"
- What happens to the form once it's submitted?
- "Help us to add your business to AXS Map [form]"
- Should this be a link to AXS map? How does AXS map get their business information?

| - "BIG IDeA in Action" may be ambiguous. Not clear what it is before navigating to it.
- Once navigating to it, it's still not clear what it is.
- perhaps some of these can be pushed to the front page instead of being in this section?
|
Contact - Be involved description
- David’s email [mailto form]
| - Can About and Contact sections be combined?
- Does "be involved description" need to be here? Presumably it should appear in other sections already (i.e. Customer and "BIG IDeA in Action").

- BIG IDeA in Action
Functionality (in order of priority) for Launch (By March 31)
- mailto form
- fluid UI options
- external links
- social media links
- download resources
- challenge form
- challenge registration form
- mapper registration form
- business info form
- feedback form
- account form
- profile with editing/updating
- feedback form analytics/report
- business profiles that can be sorted/filtered
Where does this fit into the priorities:
Thoughts:
- To make a good interactive site that's also accessible will take time
- Is it possible to partner with another service and create an event or special program for BIG IDeA? i.e. is it possible to work with Yelp or use Google to create something that facilitates this kind of interaction?
- Is there a way we can use what is out there already to create the relationships we desire? i.e. Engage on platforms where they are already, rather than creating a new platform.
- i.e. create a Twitter / Instagram campaign engaging customers to document and engage with businesses. Businesses can respond in those forums.
- Maybe there's already something on Yelp or similar which facilitates groups? Can we use that?
- Concerns:
- time for design and development
- on-going maintenance and support
- security and privacy
