Edit Hyperlink in uPortal Bookmarks Portlet
Normal bookmarks.
Mouse over link changes to link cursor - normal link behavior.
Hover over bookmark icon highlights icon, also link cursor.
Clicking on highlighted icon brings up an edit window.
Clicking save or cancel closes the edit window with appropriate save or cancel action.
