Co-design activity ideas:
- journey map
- story telling
- role play - set up a mock system and go through it
- - have the participants tell us what kind of services they need.
- Bulletin board where people can interact as needed. Drop-in / out.
Co-design approaches:
- Document with another device / online chat program
- think about other tools they're using they've found useful
- embedded co-design through their organization or service provider, care assistant, or someone in their bubble.
- phone as a fallback
- give a kit for them to complete that addresses the scenarios and reveals barriers and gaps
