NSDL Paradata standard

Jutta informs about this standardization activity.  Paradata is a combination of information on the resource and the learner that is using it. While its origin is in the learning space, it is also being used in other contexts.  The US government is considering developing a standard on Paradata, but currently this doesn't include disability related preferences.

Could we join this effort of the US government?  And contribute user preferences for pwds?

Could the paradata be a third branch of 24751 (parallel to the user preferences, and resource description)?  Paradata is dynamic and gets updated on the fly.

Link to Paradata learning registry: http://www.learningregistry.org/

People should look at this - to be discussed at our next meeting.
