Summary:

As a participants in this project, I should be able to access a space where I can use and test the coding technologies and equipments that are being researched and designed for this project. In that space, I should be able to exchange ideas about those coding technologies and equipment with other members of the project team as well as anyone else who is involved in this project at different capacities.




Details:

Drop-in Community Hours should provide:

  • A specific time and location dedicated to the community to use and test the coding technologies and equipment being researched and developed for this project.

  • A space for the community to contribute to the design of the new coding environments and equipment

  • A point of contact from the project team to be available during those hours to provide assistance, moderate activities and capture the insights and feedback received from the community

  • A point of contact from the project team to inform the community of the upcoming events, or any changes during those community hours
