Could a person engaged in the procurement process build an Accessibility Declaration of Conformance (so to speak) by selecting criteria via the 15 functional accessibility requirements. Criteria is populated with base standards from EN and WCAG...perhaps additional criteria built out from Canadian Federal Gov’t. TBD.
