How to ensure the tools meet the needs of those who will use them? Co-design
Tools which can be used with diverse groups around the world
A platform that youth groups can use to share their experience in using these tools
Changing the mindset of using social media - as a way to develop skills, not just to chat etc
E.g. learning about sexual health - social media can be used as a tool for this purpose, to navigate/resist the taboos of talking about it

Rwanda has invested heavily in the ICT sector, both in infrastructure and human capital development. Going forward our ambition is to develop even higher ICT training standards and become a regional training hub for East Africa.
In this context building new partnerships with outstanding training institutions, such as TakingIT Global, is a major strategic priority for Rwanda's Government
