An overview of Mohawk College’s Accessible Media Production graduate certificate, the first program of its kind in Ontario that focuses on creating accessible content to meet the AODA legislative requirements; including, captioning (open, closed and ASL/LSQ), described and integrated described video, fully accessible documents (Word, PDF, etc.) including documents written with inclusive writing and communication, accessible websites and social media – all while keeping the end-user in mind as we move from accessibility to usability. Aiann Oishi, a graduate of the Accessible Media Production program will present her capstone research project, titled: Web ABC Toolkit: What is the Accessibility Business Case?
