Quick Overview The purpose of the architecture is to allow customization of any computer to any user anywhere based on the users needs and preferences. First the user sets his/her needs and preferences using some editor or wizard ("Preferences Wizards & Editor"). Once this is done, the user is identified using a listener on the device ("User Listeners") which sends a token to the MatchMaker. The MatchMaker will fetch the preferences from the Preferences Server, information about the available solutions using one or more solution reporters, and information about the device the user is using from the Device Characteristics Reporter. This information is then matched to form a list of features/applications that have to be launched/modified on the users device. This list is sent to the Launch Manager, which in turn triggers the Settings & Launch Handlers that does the actual launching and setting of the AT/features.
