tool for a teacher?

Use Cases:
- discovery during learning - student learning - in-context (limitations of what is actually available - what to do with a request?)
- discovery out of context - ramification - personal dashboard - also gives you metrics (individual is getting metrics of decisions regarding their preferences)
metrics: e.g. typing rate, corrections? time to respond, key delay
- teacher-assisted exploration?
- IEP to PNP automated? then tweaked?
*adapt tool itself to preferences*

boundary case - verify, redundancy, 

Requirements:
- cognitively accessible discovery tool with fail-safe approach (verify, back-out to ensure that decisions/prefs are actually advantageous)
- immediate/real-time evaluation (preview, or live in-context)
- give them enough time to explore fully (distraction not a risk)

Pat use case
- capture preferences from old school first (first-capture)
- re-evaluate (first explore)
