Clicking zone for "browse files" and "add more" isn't properly aligned with button in IE8 for uploader

Description

  • Left-most area of "Browse files" isn't clickable

  • Area past the border of "Add more" is clickable

We no longer actively support IE6, IE7 and IE8. We will consider patches for certain issues.
