Parts of the "User interface options" are cut off with big text size

Description

This applies for the Sakai test.

I set the "Minimum text size" in the "User interface options" to a big value (e. g. 30) and saved the options.
After reopening "User interface options", parts on the left are cut of and not displayed anymore.
